Each June, the Canadian Ophthalmological Society hosts Canada’s premier scientific meeting for ophthalmology. The COS Annual Meeting is the largest educational gathering of ophthalmic professionals in Canada. In 2021, the COS Annual Meeting & Exhibition will again be hosted as a virtual meeting.
